- Lead the Brokerage and Retirement Products division at Truist Financial, with a specific focus on ERISA and 401K products.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with Truist Financial's overall mission and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to ERISA and 401K plans to ensure compliance and innovation in product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new retirement products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product development and growth.
- Define product requirements and specifications, and work closely with the development team to bring new products to market.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Train and educate internal teams on product features, benefits, and updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ERISA regulations and 401K plans, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and external partners.
- Represent Truist Financial at industry events and conferences to promote our retirement products and services.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Brokerage and Retirement Products division.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, seeking feedback and utilizing it to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Truist Financial's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Extensive Knowledge Of Erisa And Retirement Products: A Senior Product Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Erisa Regulations And Retirement Products, Including 401(K) Plans, Iras, And Other Investment Vehicles.
Proven Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Financial Products, Preferably In The Brokerage And Retirement Space.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Product Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Product Strategies And Solving Complex Problems. Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Require Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, Operations, And Legal, To Bring New Products To Market. The Senior Product Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Lead And Influence These Teams.
