  1. Develop and manage the overall product strategy and roadmap for Truist Financial's Brokerage & Retirement Products.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technology to define product requirements and objectives.
  4. Drive product innovation by staying updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to gather insights and ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management, providing recommendations for future enhancements.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for all Brokerage & Retirement Products.
  11. Develop and manage product budgets and financial forecasts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer experience for Truist Financial's Brokerage & Retirement Products.
  13. Remain current on industry best practices and trends, and apply them to product development and management.
  14. Represent Truist Financial at industry conferences and events, showcasing our Brokerage & Retirement Products and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Product Management Role Within A Financial Institution, Specifically Focused On Brokerage And Retirement Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Launching New Products, As Well As Managing And Enhancing Existing Product Offerings.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Brokerage And Retirement Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Product Strategy And Decision-Making.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
