  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the brokerage and retirement product offerings.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  4. Lead the product development process, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and defining product specifications.
  5. Ensure timely and quality delivery of product initiatives within budget.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
  8. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to align product strategy with business goals.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  11. Conduct training and presentations to educate internal teams and external clients on product features and benefits.

  13. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new product features and enhancements.
  14. Identify opportunities for product innovation and drive new product initiatives to meet customer needs and expectations.
  15. Monitor and manage product budget and profitability.
  16. Ensure product offerings are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  17. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve product offerings.
  18. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the brokerage and retirement industry and make recommendations for adoption.
  19. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
