Job Description

  1. Lead the development and implementation of new products and features for Truist Financial, with a focus on meeting customer needs and driving business success.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to drive product development in an Agile environment.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and use insights to drive product strategy.
  5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
  6. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Identify and track key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  9. Mentor and coach junior product analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise in product development and Agile methodologies.
  10. Stay up-to-date with Agile frameworks and best practices, and proactively suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodology: A Senior Product Analyst At Truist Financial Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices. This Includes Experience With Agile Frameworks Such As Scrum And Kanban, As Well As Knowledge Of Agile Tools And Techniques.

  • Product Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Digital Products In An Agile Environment. This Includes Experience With Product Strategy, Roadmaps, And Managing The Full Product Lifecycle.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Truist Financial Values Data-Driven Decision Making, And A Senior Product Analyst Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Gather And Interpret Data To Inform Product Decisions. This Includes Experience With A/B Testing, User Research, And Market Analysis.

  • Technical Background: While Not A Requirement, Having A Technical Background Or Understanding Of Software Development Processes Can Be Beneficial For A Senior Product Analyst At Truist Financial. This Can Help In Effectively Communicating With Developers And Understanding Technical Constraints And Opportunities.

  • Leadership And Collaboration: A Senior Product Analyst At Truist Financial Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Facilitate Discussions, And Drive Decision Making In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Agile Environment.
