Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liquidity Risk Analyst to join the Truist Financial team. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial analysis. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of liquidity risk management, as well as a strong aptitude for problem solving. The Senior Liquidity Risk Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the liquidity and balance sheet of our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in liquidity risk management, financial analysis, or treasury management, and preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of liquidity and capital management, as well as strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities of a Senior Liquidity Risk Analyst:

  1. Monitor the liquidity and balance sheet of the company on a regular basis.
  2. Analyze liquidity and capital management data to identify risk and provide solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools to present findings.
  5. Develop and implement processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior liquidity risk analysts.
  7. Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the industry.
  8. Create reports and presentations for senior management.
  9. Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify potential risks.
  10. Prepare ad hoc analyses and respond to inquiries from senior management.
