  1. Develop and deliver innovative and impactful solutions for Truist Financial's enterprise capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered design approach.
  3. Utilize a strong understanding of design principles to create seamless and engaging experiences for clients.
  4. Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  5. Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  6. Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experience design.
  8. Continuously improve and iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and data.
  9. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  10. Mentor and guide junior designers to support their professional growth.
  11. Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  13. Advocate for the importance of user experience and design within the organization.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Truist Financial's design system.
  15. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Solutions: A Senior Experience Designer For Enterprise Capabilities At Truist Financial Must Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Delivering Complex Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Methodologies And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Intuitive And Effective User Experiences For Complex Enterprise Systems.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders From Various Departments. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Matrixed Environment And Be Able To Drive Consensus Among Team Members.

  • Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies: Truist Financial Follows An Agile Development Approach, And The Senior Experience Designer Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And The Ability To Adapt Quickly To Changing Project Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Experience Designer, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Design Concepts And Solutions To Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Executives. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.
