  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
  2. Conduct periodic assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks and ensure proper adherence to policies and procedures.
  3. Stay updated on all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the organization's compliance practices are current and effective.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to provide guidance and support on compliance matters.
  5. Conduct training and education sessions to promote understanding and awareness of compliance requirements throughout the organization.
  6. Monitor and track regulatory changes and proactively communicate any potential impacts to business operations.
  7. Investigate and address any compliance incidents or concerns raised by employees, clients, or regulatory agencies.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stay updated on any changes or updates in regulations.
  10. Lead and manage compliance audits and exams conducted by external parties and work towards remediation of any findings.
  11. Develop and maintain a compliance risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Participate in industry committees and forums to stay updated on emerging compliance trends and best practices.
  14. Analyze data and metrics to identify any potential compliance gaps or areas for improvement.
  15. Continuously evaluate and enhance compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role At A Financial Institution Or Related Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations, Including But Not Limited To, Anti-Money Laundering (Aml), Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa), And Consumer Protection Laws.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies, As Well As Compliance Monitoring And Testing Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Influence Senior Management And Business Units.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Law. Professional Certifications Such As Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams) Preferred.
