  1. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for Wholesale & Payments Technology Assurance, ensuring alignment with Truist Financial's overall risk management objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of technology systems and processes, including identifying potential risks and evaluating the adequacy of controls in place.
  3. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Truist Financial to ensure consistency and alignment in risk management practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to technology systems and processes, and incorporate them into audit plans and strategies.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit activities.
  7. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions recommended from previous audits, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  8. Conduct training and provide guidance to other team members on audit techniques, processes, and methodologies.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team, promoting a strong commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
  10. Represent Truist Financial in external meetings and events related to technology assurance, building and maintaining relationships with industry peers and regulators.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Auditing Within The Financial Services Industry, Specifically In Wholesale Banking And Payments Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Wholesale Banking And Payments Technology.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Audit Teams, Including Coaching And Developing Staff.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Senior Management And Stakeholders.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Preferred.
