  2. Conduct thorough analysis of the company's financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with various departments, such as treasury, risk management, and finance, to gather necessary information and provide recommendations for decision-making.
  4. Monitor and evaluate market trends, interest rate fluctuations, and economic conditions to inform asset liability management strategies.
  5. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company's balance sheet performance, including key metrics and analysis.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models to support asset liability management decision-making.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset liability management processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to asset liability management.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts on asset liability management techniques and processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on asset liability management matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Asset Liability Management: A Senior Alm Analyst At Truist Financial Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Alm, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk, And Other Financial Risks Related To Asset Liability Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills: The Role Of A Senior Alm Analyst Requires A Strong Foundation In Financial Analysis And Modeling. They Should Be Proficient In Using Financial Software And Tools To Analyze And Interpret Data, And Have Experience In Building Complex Financial Models.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: A Senior Alm Analyst At Truist Financial Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements Related To Asset Liability Management. They Should Be Well-Versed In Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Senior Management, Stakeholders, And Other Departments Within The Organization. A Senior Alm Analyst Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Others.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field: A Senior Alm Analyst Should Have A Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. A Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Or Other Relevant Certifications Are Also Preferred. This Level Of Education And Certification Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Principles.
