  1. Lead and support various risk management initiatives to ensure successful execution and alignment with company's overall risk strategy.
  2. Utilize strong risk management skills and knowledge to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing risk management programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for risk management initiatives.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  7. Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and provide timely and accurate reporting on risk exposures.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of risk management programs.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and developments in risk management to continuously improve and enhance the company's risk management practices.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on risk management processes and procedures.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other business units on risk management matters.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to management as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Risk Management Programs And Initiatives.
