- Lead and support various risk management initiatives to ensure successful execution and alignment with company's overall risk strategy.
- Utilize strong risk management skills and knowledge to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing risk management programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for risk management initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide timely and accurate reporting on risk exposures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of risk management programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in risk management to continuously improve and enhance the company's risk management practices.
- Mentor and train junior team members on risk management processes and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other business units on risk management matters.
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to management as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Risk Assessment Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Risk Management Programs And Initiatives.
