Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Data and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our risk data and reporting, as well as providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.   1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of risk data and reporting by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.
  2. Develop and maintain robust data quality controls to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or anomalies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data management processes.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for risk management strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to risk data and reporting and incorporate them into our processes.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and procedures.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of new risk data and reporting systems and tools.
  9. Monitor and report on key risk indicators to identify potential areas of concern and suggest mitigation strategies.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on risk data management and reporting best practices.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of Truist Financial's business goals and objectives to align risk data and reporting processes accordingly.
  14. Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in the management and reporting of risk data.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on risk data and reporting, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Data Analysis, Or Financial Reporting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles, Financial Products, And Industry Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
