Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Producing Sales Manager to join our team at Truist Financial! The successful candidate will have a passion for retail banking sales, and will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional results. As a Retail Producing Sales Manager, you will develop and mentor new and existing team members, create sales plans, and lead the team to success.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales or banking industry, along with proven leadership capabilities. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a team player with a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and mentor new and existing team members to improve their performance in sales.
  2. Create and implement sales plans to drive sales growth.
  3. Lead and motivate the team to reach their goals.
  4. Analyze sales processes to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  6. Develop customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional work environment to ensure team morale remains high.
  8. Provide weekly and monthly reports to the organization on the team’s progress.
  9. Develop relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  10. Utilize sales tools and software to maximize sales performance.
