1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote Truist Financial's mortgage products and services.
2. Educate clients on the home buying process and available mortgage options.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial and credit information to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans.
4. Collaborate with clients to complete mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.

11. Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and processing to ensure smooth and timely processing of loans.
12. Continuously build and expand knowledge of Truist Financial's mortgage products and services.
13. Represent Truist Financial in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
14. Act as a resource and point of contact for clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
15. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Truist Financial's mortgage services.
