Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure quality loan production • Understand and adhere to all federal and state mortgage loan regulations and guidelines • Monitor and evaluate customer financial needs in order to provide appropriate loan solutions • Analyze customer credit histories and financial information to determine loan eligibility • Complete loan applications and other paperwork accurately and promptly • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient loan processing • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Stay up to date on the latest mortgage loan products and industry trends
