In this position, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the mortgage process, while offering competitive products and services that meet their financial needs. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will enable you to help us create a seamless, positive experience for each customer.To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the mortgage industry, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members. You should also be knowledgeable of the latest banking regulations and have a track record of success in sales and customer service.
