  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them warmly, understanding their financial needs and offering personalized solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Truist Financial.
  3. Actively participate in business development activities to drive growth and meet sales targets.
  4. Utilize knowledge of banking products and services to educate clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  7. Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial, representing our values and commitment to our clients and communities.
  12. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality measures.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as lending and investments, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  15. Attend regular trainings and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With A Focus On Relationship Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Deposits, And Investments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals And Driving Revenue Growth In A Banking Or Financial Services Setting.
