  1. Oversee and manage all regulatory exams and inquiries for Truist Financial, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and laws.
  3. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather and organize necessary information for regulatory exams.
  5. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify potential compliance issues and work with appropriate teams to address and resolve them.
  7. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to facilitate efficient and effective communication.
  10. Train and educate internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to regulatory compliance.
  12. Keep detailed records of all regulatory exams and inquiries and maintain accurate documentation.
  13. Provide guidance and support to other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory exams and inquiries.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Relations Or Compliance Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Governing Banking And Financial Institutions.

  • Experience Managing And Coordinating Regulatory Exams And Audits.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal Stakeholders And Regulatory Agencies.
