As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the vision and strategy for our ServiceNow products, ensuring they align with our overall business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our clients.   1. Develop and maintain a clear and comprehensive vision and strategy for the ServiceNow platform at Truist Financial.
  2. Ensure that the ServiceNow products align with the overall business objectives and goals of the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  5. Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
  6. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new product features.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure products meet user requirements and expectations.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for all ServiceNow related inquiries and provide timely and effective support to internal and external customers.
  9. Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
  10. Communicate product updates, releases, and changes to stakeholders and gather their feedback for continuous improvement.
  11. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the ServiceNow products and make data-driven decisions for future development.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to ensure Truist Financial remains at the forefront of innovation.
  13. Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the delivery or success of the ServiceNow products.
  15. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the product team.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: A Product Owner At Truist Financial Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Modules, Workflows, And Integrations.

  • Project Management Skills: The Product Owner Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills To Effectively Plan, Prioritize, And Deliver Servicenow Initiatives. This Includes Creating Timelines, Managing Resources, And Tracking Progress.

  • Experience In Agile Methodology: Truist Financial Follows An Agile Approach To Software Development, And The Product Owner Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Scrum, Backlog Management, And Sprint Planning.

  • Business Acumen: The Product Owner Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Understand The Needs And Priorities Of Various Stakeholders Within Truist Financial. This Includes The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Actionable Tasks For The Development Team.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Product Owner Needs To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Business Analysts, And Project Managers. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Delivery Of Servicenow Projects At Truist Financial.
