
Product Manager - Brokerage & Retirement Products

- Develop Product Strategy: The Product Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive product strategy for Truist Financial's Brokerage & Retirement Products. This includes conducting market research, identifying customer needs and preferences, and analyzing industry trends to inform product development.
- Lead Product Development: The Product Manager will be the driving force behind the development of new Brokerage & Retirement Products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product features and specifications, overseeing the product development process, and ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Brokerage & Retirement Products, from conception to retirement. This includes conducting regular product reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for product enhancements or retirement.
- Conduct Market Analysis: The Product Manager will stay informed on industry trends and changes in the marketplace to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products. - Monitor Product Performance: The Product Manager will track and analyze product performance metrics to evaluate the success of Brokerage & Retirement Products. This includes monitoring sales, revenue, and customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: As a financial services company, Truist Financial must adhere to strict regulatory guidelines. The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Brokerage & Retirement Products comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Train and Mentor Team: The Product Manager will lead and mentor a team of product specialists and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success. This includes training new team members, setting performance goals,

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Financial Services, With A Focus On Brokerage And Retirement Products.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products.
