
Process Management Lead
We are looking for an experienced Process Management Lead at Truist Financial who will be responsible for driving process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess the required qualifications of a process management professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and creating value for our customers. The successful candidate should have a strong background in process management, process improvement, and/or process design. They should have a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and the ability to create process maps and process documentation. Additionally, the Process Management Lead should have strong project management and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across the organization.
- Create process maps and process documentation.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
- Monitor and review the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and present process improvement plans to senior management.
- Lead process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze process metrics and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Participate in process improvement workshops and meetings.
- Work with various departments to implement process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant process improvement regulations.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and developments.
