
Portfolio Administration Onboarding & Servicing Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Administration Onboarding & Servicing Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing servicing of our clients' investment portfolios. To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of investment products and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Oversee the onboarding process for new clients' investment portfolios, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into Truist Financial's services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all portfolio administration and servicing needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize all necessary client information and documentation for onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with investment advisors to develop customized investment strategies for clients, based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Monitor and maintain client portfolios, making necessary adjustments and updates as needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their portfolios.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, transactions, and portfolio changes.
- Educate clients on Truist's investment products and services, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
- Continuously stay informed about market trends and changes in the investment industry to provide clients with the most relevant and current information.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the portfolio administration and servicing team.
- Train and mentor new team members on portfolio administration and servicing processes and procedures.
- Continuously strive to provide exceptional client service and exceed client expectations in all interactions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Administration Or Servicing At A Financial Institution
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Portfolio Management Strategies
Experience Managing A Team And Leading Projects Related To Portfolio Onboarding And Servicing.
