We are looking for an experienced and talented Performance Measurement Business Analyst to join the Truist Financial team! In this role, you will be a vital part of our team and provide key support in the development, implementation, and analysis of performance metrics and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, analytics, and reporting with a passion for developing and delivering accurate data-driven insights. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable working independently, and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in all areas of the business. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and analyze performance metrics and reporting.
  2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
  3. Develop and deliver accurate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  4. Work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in all areas of the business.
  5. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of performance metrics and reporting processes.
  7. Provide support for ad hoc reporting and analysis projects as needed.
  8. Analyze financial data and metrics to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  9. Utilize advanced MS Excel and other relevant software to analyze data and create reports.
  10. Present data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
