
Performance Measurement Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and talented Performance Measurement Business Analyst to join the Truist Financial team! In this role, you will be a vital part of our team and provide key support in the development, implementation, and analysis of performance metrics and reporting. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and analyze performance metrics and reporting.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Develop and deliver accurate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in all areas of the business.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of performance metrics and reporting processes.
- Provide support for ad hoc reporting and analysis projects as needed.
- Analyze financial data and metrics to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel and other relevant software to analyze data and create reports.
- Present data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
