- Build and maintain strong relationships with middle market clients to understand their needs and provide customized financial solutions
- Utilize strong analytical skills and financial expertise to assess client financials and provide sound advice on ways to achieve their business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies for clients
- Actively prospect and acquire new middle market clients to expand the bank's presence in the market
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market to provide relevant and timely advice to clients
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the bank
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
- Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the bank's brand and services
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance job performance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Middle Market Banking.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Credit Underwriting, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building And Maintaining Client Relationships.
Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities While Managing Existing Client Portfolios.
