Merchant Services Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Merchant Services Product Manager to join the team at Truist Financial. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and managing merchant services products. They should be a motivated self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills.The Merchant Services Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy and development, market analysis, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will partner with the sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of product solutions.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, plus five years of experience in product management, sales, or related field. They must also have experience working in financial services and with merchant services solutions. 1. Develop product strategies and manage the development of merchant services products to meet customer needs.

3. Partner with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful product delivery.
4. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product solutions.
5. Monitor new and existing products to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Manage the product lifecycle and ensure that all products meet industry standards.
7. Develop and maintain product documentation.
8. Develop and deliver product presentations.
9. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve product performance.
10. Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
