  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies to support the growth and success of employees at Truist Financial.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning advisors, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their learning needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to address knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Create and maintain a learning calendar to ensure timely delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on their personal and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our programs.
  • Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to provide additional resources for employee development.
  • Create and manage a budget for learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities and their impact on employee growth and development.
