- Develop and implement learning programs that align with Truist Financial's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and create personalized development plans for employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees in their learning journey, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Utilize adult learning principles to design and deliver effective training and development initiatives.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure Truist Financial remains at the forefront of employee education.
- Actively engage with employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance learning offerings.
- Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning programs support overall company objectives and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee learning and development.
- Develop and manage the learning budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Create and maintain learning metrics to track the success and impact of learning programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Truist Financial's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Developing Talent, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Knowledge And Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Platforms.
