  1. Develop and implement learning programs that align with Truist Financial's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and create personalized development plans for employees.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees in their learning journey, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  4. Utilize adult learning principles to design and deliver effective training and development initiatives.
  5. Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure Truist Financial remains at the forefront of employee education.
  8. Actively engage with employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance learning offerings.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning programs support overall company objectives and employee development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee learning and development.
  13. Develop and manage the learning budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  14. Create and maintain learning metrics to track the success and impact of learning programs.
  15. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Truist Financial's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Developing Talent, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Platforms.
