In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Java-based applications and working closely with other developers, designers, and product owners.We are looking for a Lead Java Developer who has a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing Java-based applications, working in agile environments, and leading development teams. Responsibilities of a Lead Java Developer:

  1. Lead the development of Java-based applications.
  2. Work closely with other developers, designers, and product owners.
  3. Utilize object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
  4. Ensure all applications are properly tested and debugged.
  5. Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  6. Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
  7. Keep up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry standards.
  8. Monitor performance and ensure all applications are meeting customer requirements.
  9. Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful integration of applications.
