Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Program Manager to manage the successful delivery of multiple projects within the IT department. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who is self-motivated, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects in a financial services environment. You must also have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, from initiation to closure. Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile, are a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the successful delivery of multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
  2. Lead teams of cross-functional personnel to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.
  3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
  4. Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and timelines.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify trends and potential risks.
  9. Prepare and present reports to management on progress and any issues.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project performance.
