  1. Develop and implement IT audit strategies and plans to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Oversee the execution of IT audits and reviews, including assessing risks, identifying control weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT audit processes with overall organizational objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and standards, and communicate any necessary updates or changes to the organization.
  5. Provide guidance and support to IT teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of IT auditors, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Identify and report on potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's IT systems and processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
  9. Lead and participate in special projects or initiatives related to risk management and compliance.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT audit function.
  11. Represent the organization in external audits and regulatory examinations.
  12. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit processes, findings, and recommendations.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT risk management and compliance for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The It Audit Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp).

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Audit Principles, Standards, And Best Practices, Including Cobit, Nist, And Iso.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
