Responsibilities: • Develop corporate financing strategies and lead investments in the financial services industry • Lead acquisition, financing, and restructuring activities for clients • Analyze financial markets to identify investment opportunities • Prepare financial analysis reports, including pro-forma financials and cash flow projections • Negotiate terms of investments with clients and other financial institutions • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Stay up to date on market trends, financial regulations, and industry developments
