  1. Develop and implement strategic projects and initiatives that enhance talent management processes and promote a positive company culture.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address human capital needs and gaps within the organization.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices and industry trends in human capital management.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  6. Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and business leaders, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  8. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and business leaders on human capital initiatives.

  10. Continuously evaluate and improve human capital processes and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  11. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in human capital management and make recommendations for potential improvements or changes within the organization.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on human capital principles and practices, providing guidance and support to HR team members and business leaders.
  13. Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on various human capital topics.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to human capital management.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture, serving as a role model for employees at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Human Capital Or Hr Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Human Resources Practices And Processes, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion, Including Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
