  1. Develop and implement strategic human capital initiatives to support the organization's growth and success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize human capital projects based on business needs and objectives.
  3. Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for human capital initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  4. Oversee the execution of human capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  5. Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of human capital projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR leaders, business leaders, and vendors, to support project success.
  8. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are achieved.
  9. Use data and analytics to measure the success of human capital initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources and project management, incorporating new ideas and strategies into project plans.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on human capital projects and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Uphold the company's values and culture, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees.
  13. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner, building and maintaining the company's reputation as a top financial institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Human Capital Or Hr Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Human Capital Management Principles And Practices

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Is Preferred
