- Develop and implement strategic human capital initiatives to support the organization's growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize human capital projects based on business needs and objectives.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for human capital initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Oversee the execution of human capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of human capital projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR leaders, business leaders, and vendors, to support project success.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Use data and analytics to measure the success of human capital initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources and project management, incorporating new ideas and strategies into project plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on human capital projects and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Human Capital Or Hr Role
Strong Understanding Of Human Capital Management Principles And Practices
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Is Preferred
