  1. Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll system for the entire organization.
  2. Develop and drive the HR product roadmap to align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, providing guidance and support to HR and other departments as needed.
  5. Conduct regular assessments and analysis of current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive change.
  6. Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams, communicating any technical issues or needs related to Workday Payroll.
  7. Lead and manage projects related to HR systems and processes, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for enhancements or updates to our current systems.
  9. Train and mentor HR team members on the use of Workday Payroll and other related systems.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth integration of HR systems and processes.
  11. Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to HR technology and processes.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR department.
  13. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to HR processes and systems, and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR systems and processes.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Workday Payroll: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Workday Payroll And Its Functionalities. They Should Have Experience In Implementing, Configuring, And Maintaining The System.

  • Hr And Payroll Expertise: The Hr Product Owner Must Have A Strong Background In Hr And Payroll Processes, Including Tax And Compliance Regulations. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Translate Business Needs Into System Requirements.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Hr Product Owner, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills To Oversee The Implementation And Maintenance Of Workday Payroll. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Setting Timelines, And Managing Resources To Ensure Timely Delivery.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Team Members And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
