- Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll system for the entire organization.
- Develop and drive the HR product roadmap to align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, providing guidance and support to HR and other departments as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive change.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams, communicating any technical issues or needs related to Workday Payroll.
- Lead and manage projects related to HR systems and processes, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

- Train and mentor HR team members on the use of Workday Payroll and other related systems.

Knowledge And Experience In Workday Payroll: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Workday Payroll And Its Functionalities. They Should Have Experience In Implementing, Configuring, And Maintaining The System.
Hr And Payroll Expertise: The Hr Product Owner Must Have A Strong Background In Hr And Payroll Processes, Including Tax And Compliance Regulations. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Translate Business Needs Into System Requirements.
