- Foster a risk-aware culture: Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization by educating team members on the importance of risk management and encouraging them to report any potential risks.
- Uphold ethical standards: Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all risk management activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Risk Assessment Processes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.
Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
