- Develop and implement risk management strategies for Truist Financial, ensuring the safety and stability of our financial assets.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial risk management program, including identifying potential risks, evaluating their potential impact, and developing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather and analyze financial data, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate those risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in the risk management process.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the risk management program, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes related to risk management and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate risk management strategies and processes to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
- Train and educate employees on risk management practices and procedures.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that could impact the organization's financial stability.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Products, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience Managing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Processes, Including Risk Assessment, Mitigation, And Monitoring.
