Truist Financial is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Fiduciary Support Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about providing superior fiduciary services to our clients. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of trust accounting and the regulations associated with trust operations, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A successful Fiduciary Support Specialist will be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as with other members of the team. Responsibilities of a Fiduciary Support Specialist:

  • Manage trust accounts and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Provide superior fiduciary service to clients
  • Maintain accurate records for all trust accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of trust transactions
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, advisors, and third-party vendors
  • Monitor trust accounts to ensure that assets are properly managed and protected
  • Identify and recommend potential process improvements
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other fiduciary documents
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the trust industry
