- Investigate and address any reported ethical violations or compliance issues.

- Provide guidance and support to employees on ethical decision making and risk management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ethics and risk management activities.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on the company's ethics and risk management initiatives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of improvement in the company's ethics and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for any ethics or risk management-related inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in company-wide committees or initiatives related to ethics and risk management.
- Prepare and present reports on the company's ethics and risk management efforts to senior management and regulatory agencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Ethics.
Strong Knowledge Of Ethical Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Mitigating Potential Ethical Risks, As Well As Developing And Implementing Effective Policies And Procedures To Promote A Culture Of Ethics And Integrity Within The Organization.
