Job Description

As the ERISA Administrative Manager - Employee Benefits at Truist Financial, you will be a key leader in the development and execution of our employee benefits program. You will be responsible for managing the compliance of our benefits program with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), as well as the administration of all associated processes and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in ERISA compliance and employee benefits; excellent organizational and communication skills; and a strong customer service focus. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act, is essential.You must be highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a team. A positive outlook and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with industry developments are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an employee benefits program that meets ERISA regulations.
  2. Monitor compliance of employee benefits program with ERISA regulations.
  3. Administer processes and procedures related to employee benefits program.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to employees.
  5. Remain up-to-date on industry developments and relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act.
  6. Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  7. Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills.
