
ERISA Administrative Manager - Employee Benefits
As the ERISA Administrative Manager - Employee Benefits at Truist Financial, you will be a key leader in the development and execution of our employee benefits program. You will be responsible for managing the compliance of our benefits program with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), as well as the administration of all associated processes and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in ERISA compliance and employee benefits; excellent organizational and communication skills; and a strong customer service focus. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act, is essential.You must be highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a team. A positive outlook and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with industry developments are essential for success in this role.
