  1. Provide administrative support to the Equity Sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  2. Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  3. Act as a liaison between the Equity Sales team and other departments within the company, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Truist Financial's products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients.
  5. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with the Equity Sales team to identify potential clients and develop strategies to increase business.
  7. Continuously monitor and update client records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and provide insights and recommendations to the Equity Sales team.
  9. Coordinate and assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure a compliant and ethical work environment.
