- Develop and implement trading strategies for equity derivatives, utilizing market analysis and risk management techniques.
- Monitor market conditions and identify profitable opportunities for trading.
- Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner, while managing risk exposure.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to make informed trading decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research, sales, and risk management, to identify and execute on trading opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to equity derivatives trading.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, providing updates and insights on trading activities and market conditions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and counterparties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and adjust trading strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Mentor and coach junior traders, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of trading activities and performance metrics.

- Contribute to the development of new trading products and services, leveraging your expertise in equity derivatives.

Extensive Experience In Equity Derivatives Trading: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Trading Equity Derivatives, With A Proven Track Record Of Success. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Options, Futures, And Other Equity Derivative Products.
Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills: As An Equity Derivatives Trader-Director, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Opportunities, And Make Informed Trading Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Trading Strategies.
Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Equity Markets, Financial Products, And Industry Trends Is Necessary For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Grasp On Market Dynamics, Risk Management Techniques, And Regulatory Requirements.
