  1. Develop and maintain an effective insider threat program in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential insider threats and vulnerabilities within the organization.
  3. Analyze and investigate potential insider threats, including monitoring and reviewing employee behavior and activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement controls and procedures to prevent and mitigate insider threats.
  5. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques used by insider threats and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on the importance of mitigating insider threats.
  7. Monitor and analyze data from various sources to identify anomalies and potential insider threats.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, HR, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for the insider threat program.
  9. Work closely with incident response teams to investigate and resolve insider threat incidents.
  10. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all insider threat program activities and findings.
  11. Communicate and report insider threat risks and incidents to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  12. Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay current on insider threat trends and best practices.
  13. Continuously improve the insider threat program by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new strategies and technologies.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to information security and data protection.
  15. Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility among all employees.

  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: A Senior Analyst At Truist Financial Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity And The Various Types Of Threats That Can Impact An Organization. This Includes Knowledge Of Network Security, Data Protection, And Risk Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Senior Analyst Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Threats And Vulnerabilities Within The Organization. They Must Be Able To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Identify Patterns Or Anomalies That Could Indicate Insider Threats.

  • Knowledge Of Insider Threat Detection Tools: Truist Financial Utilizes Various Tools And Technologies To Detect And Prevent Insider Threats. A Senior Analyst Must Have Hands-On Experience With These Tools And Be Able To Effectively Use Them To Monitor And Analyze Data.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Analyst Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including It, Hr, And Legal, To Investigate And Mitigate Insider Threats. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Findings And Collaborate On Solutions.

  • Experience In Risk Assessment And Mitigation: Truist Financial Takes A Proactive Approach To Mitigating Insider Threats By Conducting Risk Assessments And Implementing Controls To Prevent Them.
