  1. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of potential insider threats to the organization's security and assets.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive insider threat program, including policies, procedures, and tools for detecting and responding to threats.
  3. Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to monitor and analyze network traffic, user behavior, and other data sources to identify suspicious activity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance, to gather information and investigate potential threats.
  5. Proactively identify vulnerabilities and potential risks within the organization, and make recommendations for remediation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the industry to continuously improve the organization's insider threat program.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of training and awareness programs to educate employees on potential insider threats and how to report suspicious activity.
  9. Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits of the insider threat program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all insider threat investigations and activities.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on insider threat-related matters.
  12. Participate in incident response activities and provide support in handling insider threat incidents.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the organization's security posture to prevent and mitigate insider threats.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Promote a culture of security awareness and vigilance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With A Focus On Insider Threat Detection And Mitigation.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Developing And Implementing An Insider Threat Program.

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Technologies And Tools, Such As Data Loss Prevention, User Behavior Analytics, And Privileged Access Management.

  • Experience Conducting Investigations And Analyzing Data To Identify And Respond To Insider Threats, As Well As Developing Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies.
