  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for organizational changes.
  2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with organizational changes.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risk areas and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Monitor and track risks throughout the change process and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to change risk management.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure compliance with risk management protocols.
  7. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on risk management principles and practices.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential risks that may impact the organization's financial success and reputation.
  9. Analyze and report on risk trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices.
  12. Drive a strong risk culture within the organization by promoting risk awareness and accountability.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of risk management services.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Change Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Senior Risk Manager Role At Truist Financial Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Change Risk Management, With Proven Success In Managing Risks Associated With Large-Scale Organizational Changes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Risk Management Frameworks: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Frameworks Such As Coso And Iso 31000, As Well As Experience In Implementing Them Effectively Within An Organization.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Risk Manager Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Mitigating Potential Risks Associated With Organizational Changes. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Assess And Address Complex Risks.

  • Proven Track Record In Project Management: Change Management Initiatives At Truist Financial Are Often Complex And Involve Multiple Stakeholders. The Senior Risk Manager Must Have A Strong Track Record In Project Management, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Risk Management Team, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Risk Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Lead Risk Management Initiatives Across Different Departments.
