Extensive Experience In Infrastructure Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Infrastructure Projects, Preferably In The Financial Industry. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Infrastructure Technologies And Their Implementation In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Infrastructure Professionals And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Departmental And Organizational Goals.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Infrastructure Projects On Time And Within Budget. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Initiatives To Optimize Performance And Efficiency.
