- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital sales programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to digital sales and incorporate them into program strategies.
- Train and educate team members on digital sales processes and tools.
- Continuously improve and optimize digital sales programs to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools that can improve digital sales processes and outcomes.
- Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Manage program budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent the company and its digital sales initiatives at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Sales, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Digital Sales Strategies, Tools, And Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
