Job Description

Truist Financial is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Commerce Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our digital commerce strategy and drive performance across the digital channels. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow with the organization.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of digital commerce experience, a comprehensive understanding of online marketing and analytics, and an ability to work collaboratively with other departments. You must be highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of driving digital commerce performance through data-driven strategies and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of a digital commerce strategy that aligns with the overall company objectives and drives performance.
  2. Monitor customer behavior, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement in the digital commerce space.
  3. Develop and manage digital campaigns and initiatives to drive digital commerce performance.
  4. Analyze and report on digital commerce performance metrics and KPIs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure digital commerce initiatives are properly implemented and supported.
  6. Work closely with the IT department to ensure the proper technical infrastructure is in place to support digital commerce.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure all projects are completed successfully and in a timely manner.
  8. Identify and resolve any technical issues related to digital commerce.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company is taking advantage of the latest digital technologies.
