At Truist Financial, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Deposit Portfolio Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing deposit accounts and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. We are seeking a driven individual who is highly motivated, has great problem-solving skills, and is able to think on their feet. If you have a passion for financial services and the drive to ensure our operations are running smoothly, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and have at least three years of experience in a banking or financial institution. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of deposit products, regulations, and policies as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

-Manage deposit accounts and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. -Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders. -Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. -Ensure the smooth running of financial services operations. -Maintain a deep understanding of deposit products, regulations, and policies. -Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills. -Stay up-to-date on changes to applicable regulations. -Assist with audits and other compliance-related activities. -Provide support to other team members when needed. -Perform other duties as assigned.
