  1. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify potential climate risks and opportunities for incorporating ESG factors into business strategies.

  3. Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support sustainability goals and initiatives.
  4. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to climate risk and ESG integration.

  7. Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and goals.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of data and analysis.

  10. Act as a subject matter expert on climate risk and ESG for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Continuously seek out ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and data privacy regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Or Environmental Science.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling, Preferably In The Finance Or Environmental Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Climate Risk And Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Factors And Their Impact On Financial Institutions.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, As Well As Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
