  1. Manage and maintain data systems: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data systems, ensuring they are running smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
  2. Troubleshoot data issues: Proactively monitor data systems and identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  3. Database management: Design, develop, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security at all times.
  4. Ensure data quality: Develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within our systems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other teams such as IT, analytics, and business operations to understand their data needs and provide support as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain data standards: Establish and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  7. Implement data governance: Work with stakeholders to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and privacy.
  8. Monitor and improve system performance: Regularly monitor data systems and identify areas for improvement, proactively implementing solutions to optimize system performance.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in database management and data operations to ensure our systems are using the most efficient and effective technologies.
  10. Drive innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving innovation and efficiency within our data operations.
  11. Provide technical support: Act as a technical resource for the organization, providing support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  12. Document processes: Maintain detailed documentation of data operations processes and procedures, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference and training purposes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience In Data Operations, Data Engineering, Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Relational Databases Such As Oracle, Sql Server, Or Mysql.

  • Knowledge Of Etl Processes And Tools Such As Informatica, Talend, Or Ssis.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Data Issues Efficiently.
