  1. Develop and implement a data communication strategy that effectively conveys key insights and data to various stakeholders within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to understand and interpret complex data and translate it into clear and compelling narratives.
  3. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations and reports to communicate data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain a library of data and insights communication materials, including templates, guidelines, and best practices.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on data and insights, providing guidance and support to teams across the organization.
  6. Monitor and analyze data communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data communication across all channels and platforms.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data visualization and communication techniques.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop targeted data communication plans to support their objectives.
  10. Act as a liaison between data analysts and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  11. Train and educate team members on effective data communication strategies and techniques.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data communication processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Insights, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Easily Understandable Communications.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling And Engaging Messaging For A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Software, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
